Go Further Shanghai 2017
Always on the lookout to shake up the presentation format, we designed a canvas of high resolution LED which were programmed to rotate in response to the screen content. This really came to life in the headline EcoSport reveal. To help the animation team plan for the angular acceleration limits of a laden turntable, I wrote a python grapher for Cinema4D which plotted the acceleration curves and limits. That was fun.

Chongqing is a very important city to Ford, being the home of the Chang’An Ford partnership. This show was packed with content and announcements, brought together seamlessly by our virtual city which was designed to echo the focus on delivering a fleet of vehicles built around real-world customer needs.
