Lincoln launched in China with a limited number of dealerships, and while year on year growth was respectable, Lincoln China wanted to be able to better reach a wider domestic market. I creatively led the development and integration of a suite of features which elevated what was once a simple vehicle configuration tool into a fully featured virtual dealership covering a full sales journey. These capabilities were a first for any automotive brand on WeChat, and offered substantially more services than their website.
